Guest agrees to pay for all charges incurred against the room account during their reservation period. If said charges are to be billed to a third party, the guest agrees to be personally liable for payment of any & all charges due, in the event the indicated third party, person, company or association, fails to pay for such charges. The hotel is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. All rooms are non‐smoking. Any guest who smokes in a room will be charged a fee of $250. Undersigned also agrees to vacate & thus release the room on the scheduled date of departure at 11 am check‐out time. Bath bombs, bubbles and any other luxury bath chemical are not permitted to be used in any jacuzzi tub. Use of these items will result in a $100 charge. Any damages to the room, including but not limited to, beds, drapes, carpet, furniture, towels, sheets etc. will be charged to the card on file to replace and/or repair said items.
